چکیده
SUMMARY Background: The reward-system can be differentiated from the motivational system. Methods and results: A complex psychodynamic approach (OPD-2) takes into account motivational aspects – psychological functioning – the drug and the consequences. Multiaxial aspects are necessary. The system is described. Conclusions: A psychodynamic cycle of addiction enables different therapy steps.

متن کاملData Envelopment Analysis with LINGO Modeling for Technical Educational Group of an Organization
Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was developed to help compare the relative performance of decision-making units. It is a non-parametric method for performing frontier analysis. It uses linear programming to estimate the efficiency of multiple decision-making units and it is commonly used in production, management and economics [3]. DEA generates an efficiency score between 0 and 1 for each unit...
متن کاملGenetic Influences on Neural Circuitry for Human Reward Processing
Family, adoption and twin studies have demonstrated that heritable influences account for a moderate-high proportion of population variance in risk for addiction, and therefore suggest that genetic mechanisms may predispose susceptibility. In general, when attempting to identify etiopathophysiological pathways through which heritable factors might exert their effects on susceptibility for a giv...
متن کاملPrevalence and Correlates of Internet Addiction in Undergraduate Students: Assessing with Two Major Measures
This study determined if two different internet addiction assessments would identify the same individuals as addicted to the internet. A total of 224 undergraduate internet users were surveyed using a stratified sampling plan based on the proportional allocation technique to procure as diverse a sample as possible. The assessments used were Young’s Internet Addiction Test (IAT), Caplan’s Genera...
